Oddity Archive Covers The Max Headroom Incident

One of the many more unique YouTube channels I follow is Oddity Archive – a channel devoted heavily to the more eccentric side of television, film, and home media of all types. Incidencally, the channels first subject was, of all things, the Max Headroom Incident.

Now, Ben, the man behind Oddity Archive, kind of hates the original episode, but still, I find it worth sharing for what it tells us of his thoughts on the intrusion. It also does a pretty decent breakdown of it.

A little while after the original episode was uploaded, he uploaded commentary where he refined his thoughts on just what the story behind the incident was. The video does well to address some glaring issues in the original episode, but still, being a commentary, is lacking on too much new.

Lastly, we come to today – today, Ben uploaded another episode where he covered, probably for the last time, the details of the incident – what he didn’t already cover, like subtle hints to the video as to how it was made, while also updating us on the current status of the story, the legends, and what more than likely was the actual chain of events for this infamous event. The video really does a damn fine job tying up the loose ends as far as we all *know* in regards to the Max Headroom Incident.

I’ll just leave the videos here for you to enjoy. I don’t have commentary – just let Ben tell you about the incident.
