The past 3 months have been quite a mess for this site – quite a bit less content, and some slightly different types of content out of what had been published were the norm. Certainly not how I wanted to start out the year, to say the least. While the slight shift in subject matter was planned, the general drop out in content wasn’t – I’ve mentioned before about just not “feeling like” writing, which is typical of most any writer, but April was its own bit of craziness that I will get into in a future article, maybe.
I’m feeling more optimistic about May. I’ve got quite a bit of content on the list that’s a little dated but worth covering still. There’s of course the continuation of other article series, and the start of some other projects. I’m hoping to put a bit more focus on media and entertainment, while still providing the other types of content and commentary people come to the site for.
I’m still on a quest to eventually organize content better (a pain in the ass to do without automation — thanks wordpress) and make the site more open to new visitors to browse for interesting content, but as it stands things are better than they could be on that front, I guess.
So, yeah, expect more gaming, more random tech, and maybe I’ll finally get off my ass and finish some of those topics I started last year but never got back to! Time will tell, but as I said, I’m feeling far more optimistic for May!
