What’s Coming For October 2018 On Xadara

A new month means a new set of plans for what I’m going to do on the site. I rather enjoy setting up a basic plan at the beginning of the month, regardless of whether I actually stick to it or not it’s at least nice to have goals, and October is going to be no exception.

First off, I’m going back to a more natural writing schedule. The September “Blog Entry A Day” challenge was harder to do than one would expect for reasons you wouldn’t think about. It’s actually amazing how little what I felt would be an issue actually came up, but I’ve got a whole writeup on that coming later. The point here is that if I miss a day or two then I miss a day or two, it’s whatever.

As for content proper, I’m going to keep on trying to crank out more in the way of various reviews and tech coverage. I’ve had a busier month than I expected, so quite a few article sets I’ve been wanting to continue have been delayed – as always, I intend to get to them as I can here, as well as continue with so many other little side projects and things I’ve got going on. Business as usual there.

Since it is October, I’m hoping to get to some more season appropriate things – maybe horror movie or game content? Something spooky, certainly. It’s my favorite time of the year, and I should make the most of it.

Beyond that, I hope to get more tech related content going, not just in the ways of the previous article sets or sharing videos on things, but more of me actually writing about myself, without it being tied to some other online content. Not that there is anything wrong with that but I’d like to have more chances to just ramble on about all these things I enjoy.

Lastly, I’m considering bringing back the Podcast and/or YouTube video production in my free time. These are major if’s as I already feel overworked, but if I can have fun with it again after basically a 2-year break (from YouTube at least) then maybe it will be alright. If not? Oh well.

Then comes planning for the holiday season and the new year, but that’s stuff to be talked about at a later time.

For now, it’s spooky time!

…or spoopy. You know, whatever.
