Well, February was a complete wash as well. 2 whole articles in the past 28 days. That’s it. 2. I couldn’t be bothered to write a damn thing for the site, not even getting to the “Games with Gold” article on time!
Much the same as January, I’ve been busy with some other projects combined with day to day work. Writing just hasn’t been a priority for me. Maybe I needed another break, or maybe it’s just a side effect of me growing distant from the online gaming and tech scenes.
Like, really distant; as in, I can’t fucking stand some of it anymore and avoid it at all costs kind of distant. That, however, is to be described down the line.
March will make 14 years of this websites existence in some form, and to celebrate I think I’ll plan something big and then procrastinate to the point where it doesn’t happen. That, or I’ll actually accomplish something. Who knows.
I’m fine, don’t worry. Been having some fun with a phone project over the past month as well as just relaxing where I can. That little blizzard we had the other week gave me plenty of time for that, but again, that’s all stuff I can write about down the line.
Maybe in the next few days I’ll get back to game reviews, AVGN episode reviews, and the usual fun stuff. Hopefully. I don’t want to rush myself, though…. I’m kind of enjoying not writing and, sadly, that may become a common thing to a point where I just stop with the site.
Doubtful, but it could happen. People change as life moves forward, and it’s either adapt or abandon things which don’t fit in to these changes.
