I’m not going to beat around the bush. Things are absolutely fucked the goddamn hell up. January was just an absolute clusterfuck of everything, and I feel like every 2026 is going to continue this change.
From kidnapping the president of a sovereign nation to two high profile murders by I.C.E agents (a couple among many that have happened in January alone, not to ignore the ones in 2025) along with the fact that we have motherfucking concentration camps in the United Goddamned States, and a president who we all knew was an absolute piece of shit but with recent Epstein file releases we now know is (allegedly) a literal pedophile (who is also so geriatric he shits himself in the oval office; and they talked about Biden being too old) STILL being supported by the mentally inhibited scum that apparently make up half the population of this (supposedly) great nation and… just… God fucking damn.
I was hoping as 2026 began I would catch up on the backlog, especially on events from December of 2025 among others but no, instead everything has to immediately crank the shit dial up to 13 and, between being sick, a winter storm, and a dozen other things, leave me in a state where all I can do is attempt to rest. Game where I can, enjoy what I can, stream as I have energy, but otherwise continue to neglect this place…
The only sollice I have is the upcoming Artemis II launch and knowing that the single person most responsible for the shit state of the world currently is clearly, based on the opinion of multiple experts, not long for this world. Hopefully his brain-dead cult will follow him the grave and we can move back to normalcy in the mid terms and then, come 2028, elect someone with some goddamned sense for once.
Yeah, I know, pipe dream on the last one but shit, it can’t get any worse.
Anyway, yeah, I’ve been delayed on what I really have been wanting to do, but I’m hoping that I can catch up on everything sooner than later, and we’ll see where 2026 goes from there.

The song is actually speaking out against AI Slop in the art world — AI, broadly, being a tool I fully admit to using for non-slop purposes. Oh, and no, that endash is NOT an AI product, I type that as a normal part of my writing style. I’ll never use AI for a Xadara article.
